AROOO - ROW! ROW!!!!!
Isn't it wonderful?

The perfect weather to open the door, go outside - and annoy mum! I am so clever that I can actually close the door when I come back in, but this morning, not for the first time you mind, I forgot and mum came down the stairs to brrrrrrrrrrrrrr! "brrrrrrrrrrr BARKLEY" she snorted "you have done it AGAIN - close that door"! The Chief Executive of Eon loves me. I know, because mum keeps telling me that he'll never need a bonus if every house was equipped with a Barkley.

Oh but it is just sooooooooooooo much fun.

My head has swollen again mum says. Last week, I went on another photoshoot, in a very very busy and strange place called "LUNDUN". It was very noisy and there was no grass - just lots and lots of pavements.
The studio was very nice and great fun, and I saw my friend Fagan who goes to the Newbury agility shows. I also met some of Tallulah's cousins who were very nice looking show dogs. They looked down their snouts at me because I am no show dog. "Your ears are too long", they snooted, "our mum's trim ours to look neat and tidy, but look at you - ragamuffin!!- phuh".
Well, I might not be a 'show dog' all prim and proper, but I have beauty with brains!!! I was the only one who would do what the agency wanted me to do..... jump up and down - again and again and again! Oh it was such fun, and my long ears flapped up and down and often out behind me. The agent and the photographer loved me and they got lots and lots of shots of me. I loved the popping and flashing of the camera. It just went on relentless, and I adored being in the limelight once more, especially doing something exciting such as leaping up and down, trying to catch the kong, and touching the target stick with my nose. Mum had the clicker, so she was able to tell me with the clicker that I had to look directly at the camera and not across at her.
This is me on my audition video - please click on this green thank you.

I am such a handsome boy see, and my Deer Fionse Grrrrrays really lerves her man. We be married soon and have lots of puppies. We will need a big house to bring them all up in, so I need to get some more work.

Grrrrays and I won't be spending Christmas together sadly. Her Uncle Jethro is very pawley, he has an auto-immune condition very much like the one our poor Lotte had. We are hoping very much that his Ben vet can get the condition under control so that he can really start to enjoy life again. Grrrrays and I can then make our final plans and call a date for our wedding. We will be inviting all our doggy friends to celebrate with us. A big party with liver cake, lambs hearts, chicken carcass, turkey necks, and lots of other lovely things for us all to chew on.
Last week we had our school Christmas party, and we managed to raise £40 for The Irish Setter Rescue Group.
I will need rescuing soon, because mum has been talking to a lady about getting one of these:

In January!!!! Yes, January - EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!!!!!!
But she - Tallulah is really excited. She loves baby dogs. She wants to be mum to them all.

Anyway my friend Milo is calling me now to run across the fields with him.

So I now wish you all a very merry Christmas, and a very prosperous 2010. To all my agility pals, I hope we all do well in the ring next year guys. Cheers. Oh and one more thing.....

Let it snow, let it snow, let is snow ~ yeeaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!
